Responsibilities

• Drive the product design strategy for the bussr products in collaboration with Customers, End-Users, internal & external stakeholders from product, engineering & business.
• Conduct multiple market research, competitive analysis, user behavior & experience research, prototype testing, and similar to validate the Product Market Fit.
• Translate research into outstanding user experiences, steward design from concept to final code. Creation of key UX artifacts such as concept maps, storyboards, taxonomies, prototypes, patterns, information architecture, workflows and design specifications.
• Utilize industry best practices for delivering the right product designs.
• Keep track of industry trends & translate market trends into a compelling product design direction and vision
• Track and present multiple reports & analytics for success & adoption of the product in targeted customer segments.
• Drive alignment by collaborating with designers, developers, sales and product managers to drive a shared understanding of users' needs and behaviors.
• Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
• Shape the strategy by setting high-level design goals to ensure a consistent and engaging experience.
• Empower and mentor designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.
• Enable, drive and lead the design team, managing project tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies. Lead team stand-ups and ensure that the projects are delivered in a timely manner.
• Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.
